Ayodhya Judgement - Justice Derailed!

By Manuwant Choudhary

60 years to give a verdict over a 2.7 acre plot of land and the judgement is to divide the land between Hindus, Muslims and a Hindu Akhara giving them one- third each...but the petitition before the court was not to partition the land but to claim ownership so this current judgement goes beyond jurisdiction.

The Hindus, Muslims and the Akhara are not brothers and sisters embroiled in an ancestral land dispute that the courts can divide it.

The courts decision is highly controversial especially since it says the Babri Masjid is not a mosque because Muslims did not offer prayers there and that the spot where the idols are kept is actually the spot where Ram was born!

It just shows that the courts want to assuage political and religious feelings in their desire to wriggle out of a tough situation.

What the courts could have honestly admitted that the lands title is not clear hence we cannot give it to any of the petitioners and it could be given for a public purpose like a hospital.

If you want to make everyone happy, you will make no one happy and I think this is what will happen ultimately.

Oscar Wilde said, "If you see two sides of a coin, you see nothing."

Tomorrows newspapers will ofcourse be all praise for the judges but one more time the Indian judiciaray fails its people.

The Waqf Board has already stated that it will appeal to the Supreme Court.

Judgement Day For Ayodhya Dispute - 60 Years Later

Judgement Day for the Ayodhya dispute after 60 years...this day everyone is keeping their fingers crossed not so much as whether Hindus or Muslims would win the case but over the violence that could result as a reaction.

Of course, the judgement comes from just the Luckhnow bench of the Allahabad High Court and this matter will go to the Supreme Court and beyond but it has left a scar on the face of India that no amount of cosmetic surgery can undo.

The BJP and L.K. Advani is solely responsible for pushing India into such a plight purely for political power. Early 90s saw largescale communal riots and bomb blasts following the demolition of the Ayodhya mosque.

Who really cares what is bult in its place...so here i post one of India's most secular bhajans often sung by Mahatma Gandhi himself...Raghupati Raja Ram...Pateet Pawan Sita Ram...Ishwar Allah Tero Naam Sabko Sammati De Bhagwan...

"Ram and Allah are your name...may good sense prevail.."

welcome rahulji, but shoot the dalits

Everything can be managed in India..even murder....just a few days before Rahul Gandhi's visit to Samastipur Congressmen shoot 6 persons, five of whom were dailts...even when Rahul Gandhi extorts Congressmen to spend nights in dalit homes...

The incident occurred at Kalichak where Sanjeev Singh, the son of Ashok Singh, opened fire to settle a minor rift..most injured were by-standers..they were taken to hospital but the local hospital seeing the public mood discharged them all...one is feared dead but the police say no one died in the incident.

A shooter of Ashok Singh has been arrested but police are yet to arrest Sanjeev Singh...and say they cannot find him..
Sanjeev Singh's cousin is Prasahant Sagar alias Mantuji- the Congress candidate from Ujiarpur.

The violence occurred with full knowledge of the local police.

There is no doubt the Congress Party is a party of chamchas..see how Sonia Gandhi is elected unopposed but this incident also shows that the Congress has blood on its hands if it allows such persons like Sanjeev Singh and Prashant Sagar to be members and office bearers of their party.

In Saharsa the wives of gangsters like Pappu Yadav and Anand Mohan Singh shared the dias with Rahul Gandhi, just as a Maoist shared a dias with Rahulji in Orissa recently. Is Rahul Gandhi promoting criminals? And whatever happened to the security cover given to Rahulji? Or Rahulji has no threat from criminals and Maoists, his only threat is the `aam aadmee' who have to stop by the road to allow passage to VIP Rahul.

And before I forget even Sadhu Yadav is now a Congressman.

So its not surprising why distinguished Mr.K.J. Rao..who successfully held the Bihar elections....and became a hero ...actually failed to clean up the Congress Party.

Bihar can be revived but minus the Congress.

UP Farmers Fight Against Mayajaal!

By Manuwant Choudhary

A few years ago I recall driving from New Delhi to Bihar and I surprisingly discovered farmers in western Uttar Pradesh to be more progressive than farmers in other parts of India and I had written how I hoped one day all farmers would be so innovative and contribute to the country's wealth inspite of the governments.

So it pains me to see their farms are being taken away by the government to build not just a super highway but also malls and cities. Mayawati wants all of Uttar Pradesh to become Noida!

And the farmers are angry.

The anger ferments.

Some violence and farmers march to Delhi's parliament.

Politicians grab the moment and shed crocodile tears and express empty words for the farmers votes.

Digvijay Singh says farmers want more money (compensation).

Wrong and misleading.

The farmers simply don't want their land to be taken by any government so that they can pursue their vocation for life. Farming.

These protests are about `Private Property'.

GET OFF OUR LANDS!

How much money (compensation) will Digvijay Singh take to take `sanyas' from politics?

Digvijay Singh is only a soldier of the Gandhi pariwaar.

Rahul Gandhi is only a soldier for himself.

Sonia Gandhi is only a soldier for Rahul.

And Priyanka is a soldier for her family.

Speaking at a rally in Kalahandi notice what Rahul Gandhi told the tribals, "You have succeeded in raising your voice here and in Delhi and `outside'..and I have only made it heard in Delhi....This mountain is your God!."

What has the environment ministry to do with respecting Gods?

Rahul Gandhi is an extra-constitutional authority.

The opposition party the BJP missed the issue when they spoke of a naxal sharing the dias with Rahul....it is not Naxals but Christian groups from London who have taken up cudgels against Vedanta and Rahul Gandhi has simply listened to those outside forces.

Besides, minerals will always be found on mountains.

Should all of our mines in Jharkhand and elsewhere be shut down?

Environment is not about closing down mines but afforestation.

When I visited South Korea I saw how entire mountains were covered with mud and a net to hold them, grass was planted on them to hold them there and finally millions of saplings planted.

In contrast travel by train or road across India and you will see forests without trees, barren land stretching hundreds of acres with nothing growing on them. Not even a blade of grass. Even goats starve.

And Kalahandhi has seen the most starvation deaths in India but note Rahul Gandhi spoke to them about their Gods and not about their food.

And farmers are looked upon by governments only for votes not as contributors to society.

Minoo Masani would often say how Australians turned a desert into a garden and we turned a garden into a desert.

Notice how the CPI (M)'s Brinda Karat also sits on a dharna with farmers against Mayawati's land aquisition. Where was she in Singur and Nandigram?

Farmers must unite and under a single banner reject all compensation.

If the netas and governments do not listen they must bring down such immoral and illegal governments in Luknow and in Delhi.

Dillo Chalo!
