Milking The National Emergency

I may be on milk when national emergency was imposed in 1975 and opposition leaders locked up but bbc hindi reports the prime ministers office has no documents related with this. This was being sought by a citizen through RTI...so how are bihar politicians getting pensions for saving our freedom...milking the emergency...and a Prime Minister who says cheese.
